TURKEY AGLIO OLIO PEPERONCINO
INGREDIENTS
• 1 De-boned turkey breast with the
skin, trimmed
• 140 gms Whole wheat spaghetti
• 1 ½ tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Minced garlic
• 1 tsp Red chillies
• 1 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp Parsley
• 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp Salt
FOR TURKEY LEG MARINADE
• 2 ounces Ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Fresh thyme
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pc Organic lemon
DIRECTIONS
TURKEY LEG
1. Take the turkey leg and marinate with fresh lemon juice, salt, crushed black pepper, organic thyme, ginger garlic paste,Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
2. Cook it in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes at 150˚C.
AGLIO OLIO PEPPERONCINO
1. Boil whole wheat spaghetti and drain it in cold running water. In a pan, add olive oil along with garlic and sauté it. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and toss it well.
2. Add 1 ounce of pasta, water and add whole wheat spaghetti. Mix well. For emulsification add fresh lime juice, parmesan cheese and parsley. Add cooked turkey meat and toss it well and garnish it with fresh thyme.
