BHARWAN TURKEY
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Turkey legs
• 200 gms Basmati rice
• 150 gms Onion
• 30 gms Ginger and garlic paste
• 30 gms Green chilli
• 50 gms Greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp Turmeric
• 80 ml Ghee
• Salt to taste
• Kewra water for essence
• Rose water for essence
BIRYANI MASALA
• 20 gms Khade masale
• 5 gms Sahi jeera
• 3 gms Mace powder
• 2 gms Nutmeg powder
• 2 Papad
DIRECTIONS
1. Soak rice for 15 minutes, de-bone turkey legs and marinate with salt, ginger and garlic paste.
2. Slice onion and fry it until golden brown. Sauté onion, chilli in a pan and whole garam masala, then add curd and marinated turkey legs.
3. Boil the rice for about 15 minutes, drain the water, put the rice in a pot and cover it with silver foil.
4. Cook it on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
5. Then take out the turkey legs and cover with rice, garnish with brown onion & drizzle ghee over the top.
6. Place it in a plate and serve hot with papad and laccha pyaaz
