TURKEY KE KALMI
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Turkey legs
• 100 gms Kalmi masala
• 20 gms Ginger
• 20 gms Garlic
• 1 Lemon
• Salt to taste
• 20 ml Vegetable oil
• 100 gms Hung curd
DIRECTIONS
1. Take 2 whole turkey legs and make incisions.
2. Marinate with ingredients listed including hung curd, kalmi masala, ginger, garlic, lemon and salt.
3. Mix and rub all ingredients well to ensure taste of the masala goes into the incision on the turkey legs. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Take out the marinated turkey legs and place on a grill oven or in a tandoor. Cook well until soft, tender, and crispy. Serve along with onions rings and green sauce.
